PACK battery module sampling line consist of parallel, flat copper conductors (2 to 120) sandwiched between two layers of insulating film. They can be plated with tin, gold, or nickel to enhance conductivity and oxidation resistance. Reinforcement plates can be added to each end for easy connector insertion, and terminals can also be taped or soldered.
